Impatient Star tops BOBS list
Tough performer Impatient Star has shot to the top of the BOBS
money-earners list by collecting his fifth BOBS Bonus at Warwick
Farm last Saturday.
The son of Arena has now won $90,000 in bonuses stemming from
victories at Randwick (three times) and Warwick Farm (twice).
Speedy gelding Hadaaf (by Danewin) also netted a $20,000 BOBS
Bonus for connections with his highballing win at the 'Farm.
Hadaaf gave nothing else a chance in his four-length win after
pinching a break at the 700m.
On the same afternoon there were three $5000 BOBS Bonus winners at
Newcastle: Miss Steen (Springsteen), Meadows (Dyslexia) and One
Fuhr The Money (Langfuhr). One Fuhr The Money is a younger brother
of dual city winner, Fuhr Goodness Sake.
BOBS has now given away $4.92million in bonuses during the 2005-06
racing season, with 731 bonuses having been won.
